3. Local Taxes: Tourism Dirham tax of AED 20 per night is applicable on this Property, as well as 5% VAT. We will collect these taxes on arrival, should it not be collected by Airbnb automatically for any reasons. 

4. Access Cards: Kindly return access cards/keys in good condition at the allocated areas. In the event of lost cards, a replacement fee of AED 400 per card will be applicable.
